Founded in 2001 in the town of Nuneaton, Greenstone Contracts started life as a small family run garden maintenance business. Greenstone had just 2 employees with the most basic of tools.
The company has grown steadily trying not to become bloated and over burdened. This has enabled us to stay focused on quality workmanship. Being nimble has helped us offer a greater one to one approach towards our customers, unlike many of our competitors.
Through being flexible and cost efficient Greenstone has weathered the recent recession and has took advantage of the opportunities that have arisen. With ever tighter budgets and pressing needs we are now acquiring local authority contracts providing grounds maintenance to schools and colleges, so far we have a 100% contract retention rate! Also we have built up a healthy portfolio of local businesses and industry which are more than ever looking to reduce costs and overheads.
Greenstone has the heritage of a family run business and the enterprise and scope of a growing company. We are always looking to better our staff through training and experience this is why we insist on employees having worked for a minimum of 4 years in the industry and have the motivation to expand their knowledge. This then gives our clients the expertise and confidence they require. We pride ourselves on high quality work.
